Stop Selling – Tell a Story.

The “simple” task of showcasing your products online.

Though the concept is straight forward enough, as a business owner, you need to promote your business and your products correctly.

Scrolling through social media, I see this more times than not; The “catalog” feed.

The I-did-this-myself-but-have-no-idea-what-i’m-doing-but-i-layed-it-on-the-floor-and-i’ve-seen-companies-do-this-and-it’s-worked-for-them-so-fck-it-i-can-do-it-all type of content creating.

It’s the feeds that are made up strictly of unedited (or over-edited) product shots. Shots with quick product info as the caption ending with “get yours today!” Or something similar to that effect. Ie. the “catalog” feed.

Sure, you’re most likely doing it yourself and “saving so much money.” But, at the end of the day, you’re wasting precious time and losing the interest of your followers.
All that time you spent taking subpar photos and trying to figure out Instagram, you could have spent focusing on your business and helping it grow! Not only are you wasting precious time, but it also makes your brand look:
Unorganized
Cheap
Boring
Inexperienced
& All about sales which is super unappealing.

That instantly tells your viewer “I want your money” and you can be sure they’re going to keep scrolling. This all leads to loss of engagement, followers, and SALES!

Instead of losing a bunch of followers and driving traffic AWAY from your business, let’s do it right.


Tell a story.


Show your product in action. Prove to your audience that it looks and fits great. Show them what they can do and where they can go.

It is your job to paint the picture, make up the story, and SHOW them what your product can do for them. Remember, your customers need to know what’s in it for them before they open their wallets. Now that you’ve established the story and they have a feeling associated with you and your brand, they are invested.

They now love your content, will tell their friends about you, AND are excited to buy from you! Your products are practically selling themselves at this point.
By SHOWING them what you could do for them, you gained their trust. By painting the picture and telling the story, you sold them on your brand and what you offer.
Results? GROWTH and REVENUE for your business.
